It is with great sadness that we share the news of Rita Zazzaro's passing on June 27, 2017.  Rita was our 2010/11 President and current long time board member.  Rita was instrumental in implementing the FASBO certification program as well as our payroll certification. She was a wonderful person and an asset to FASBO.  Her commitment to FASBO was evident with all she accomplished.  Rita also served on the SASBO board and was the current President Elect.  She will be missed by many.

In mid May, Rita was diagnosed with cancer. She was positive and optimistic that she would be able to battle this illness, but the illness won. The FASBO family grieves along with hers. She will forever be in our hearts and greatly missed. Rest in peace Rita.
